Introduction
It is difficult to imagine a modern person without a smartphone in his hands. With it, he communicates, orders a taxi and food, makes purchases, makes routes and plays.
According to statistics, 58% of Russians play games. Despite such popularity, the vast majority still do not understand how mobile applications are developed and due to which companies earn millions of dollars. This determines the relevance of the selected topic.
The object of the study, respectively, will be the business processes of a company engaged in the development of mobile applications, in particular, video games.
The subject of the study will be the launch of its own gaming company, as well as the entire process of developing a mobile game, from the selection of a team to the search for investments.
The purpose of the work is to develop a business plan for creating an IT company specializing in the development of mobile games.
The structure of the work will consist of an introduction, conclusion, 7 chapters of the main part and appendix.
