The relevance of the topic is that the development of small and medium-sized businesses is one of the most important conditions for development, but at the same time the objective situation is characterized by significant differences. In the Russian Federation, one of the problems of economic development is the economic problem of developing small and medium-sized businesses in modern conditions. In these conditions, the study of foreign experience is an effective way to find reserves for development. Vietnam is one of the positive examples of realizing the potential of small and medium-sized enterprises, since the current economic situation in Vietnam was achieved largely due to the contribution of medium-sized enterprises and small enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SMEs).
SMEs accounts for 65% of Vietnam's national production, which is significantly higher than the SME of Russia.
Today, the socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV) is a dynamically developing country in terms of socio-economic development.
In the world as a whole and in Vietnam in particular, the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises is widely used. The concept of small and medium-sized enterprises is used differently in each country. But in General, the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises is similarly used to refer to a type of business classified according to certain criteria, usually reflecting the size of the business
It should also be noted that SMPS in Vietnam are active participants in innovative developments and technical innovations. A large number of innovation centers have been opened for SMEs, where the Vietnamese authorities create the necessary infrastructure for innovative business. In the process of growth of a large number of enterprises in Vietnam, the transition of existence as a small business in the territory of such innovative centers and zones of advanced development is characteristic.
The purpose of this work will be to analyze the features of state support for small and medium-sized businesses in Vietnam, as well as to determine the specifics of supporting small businesses in the agricultural sector of state.
In order to achieve the goal, the work will need to address a number of interrelated tasks:
- analyze the features of SME development in Vietnam;
- make an analysis of Vietnam’s agriculture sector;
- present the main forms of organization of SMEs in Vietnam;
- analyze the features of state support for SMEs;
- present main directions of state support for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Vietnam. Features of agriculture state policies of Vietnam for the past decade;
- present measures to improve state support for SMEs in Vietnam.
The structure of the work will consist of an introduction, conclusion, chapters of the main part and a list of sources used
