В рамках теоретической части представлен обзор основных методов и моделей проведения анализа внутренней и внешней среды предприятия, в частности, уделено внимание самому пониманию стратегии, а также уровней стратегического планирования.
В теоретической части работы представлены основы проведения анализа внешней среды организации, в частности, представлен PESTLE-анализ, анализ пяти сил Портера, а также особенности проведения анализа McKinsey и VRIO-анализ. Также в этой главе проанализированы особенности проведения анализа внутренней среды организации: выявлены факторы внутренней среды, описаны методики проведения финансового анализа и представлен SWOT-анализ.
Практическая часть работы посвящена проведению стратегического анализа деятельности предприятия. В рамках оценки стратегии, а также определения путей ее совершенствования, проведен PESTLE-анализ, анализ 5 сил Портера, VRIO-анализ, анализ 7S, анализ факторов внутренней среды, а также финансовый анализ, в рамках которых определены основные возможности и угрозы, сильные и слабые стороны, являющиеся составной частью SWOT-анализа ООО «РМЗ-РариТЭК».
В практической части работы также определены основные стратегии для дальнейшего стратегического развития предприятия.
